1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Jamilpay, you agree to comply with all platform rules, telecom regulations, and security protocols set forth by Jamilsoft Technologies.
2. Wallet Funding & Payments
Wallet deposits made via Flutterwave (Debit Card, USSD, Bank Transfer) or manual bank transfers are non-refundable once credited, except where proven technical failure occurred without service delivery.
3. Telecommunication Services
All airtime, SME data bundles, and bill payments are processed automatically. Users must verify recipient phone numbers and meter numbers before confirming with their 4-digit transaction PIN.
